Are you a biker or cyclist and have super tight hips? Then this is the class for you! This is a 20-minute all-levels flow that you can do either before or after your ride. All you need is a mat for this class.

This class will help unlock your hips. We will move through some static and dynamic stretches. Which will leave you feeling great!
