Running is one of my favorite ways to work out. It makes me feel free and powerful and there is nothing better than being out in a trail with nature. So if you love to run as much as I do then you know that your recovery is super important. Especially if you don’t want to too sore for the day after.
This class is specific to all of the areas that runners feel sore the most. The feet, calves, hamstrings, hips, and low back. Make sure that you take the time to do your stretches after your run so that your body can recover better and faster.
You will need 2 blocks for this class and something to use as padding for the knees if you have any knee issues. It is an all-levels yoga flow.
