We are always looking for ways to strengthen our core. That is why I created a 15-minute core class that combines yoga and Pilates exercises to help you feel strong in your midsection. You can do this class any time of day but I highly suggest doing it either first thing in the morning, or during your lunch break before you eat.
If you are postpartum make sure you get checked by a pelvic floor specialist before you take this class.
This class does not require any props or equipment but, I do suggest having a yoga mat or something comfy to lay on.
This class is for all levels. Just make sure you listen to your body and modify when you need.
