All you need is 25-minutes to do this fun full-body yoga flow. I created this class to suit all levels of practitioners. I also made a fun R&B playlist on my Spotify that you can use while you practice. Just put the playlist on your speakers, push play on the video and ENJOY!
I highly recommend using 2 blocks for this practice. If you do not have any blocks don’t worry you can still do this class!
