In this quick 20-minute class we will use yoga as the foundation but we will add in some fun and playful transitions to get our heart rates up. It is a little bit more on the challenging side so please make sure you listen to the options that I give you and modify as you need.
You do NOT NEED any props for this class BUT I highly recommend always having 2 blocks for your practice.
