This class is one of my favorite classes that I have recorded so far because, it is one of my GO-TO yoga practices. When I need a class that has it all including strength, stretching and play this is what I do
Every class I create has a purpose and intention behind it. You will start the class off by warming up the hands, wrists, and arms. Then you will get into some strength related exercises to get you prepared for some fun arm balancing postures and some handstand hops!
It is a challenging class but, that being said if you are a beginner you can still do this class just make sure you modify and listen to your body.
