I spent most of my young adult life as a professional dancer. I was fortunate enough that it took me to some incredible places like New York City and Australia but, along the way I sustained some serious injuries that forced me to reconsider my direction . One day my mom dragged me out to a yoga class, and from that moment on I have been following my path on my mat.
I have had the opportunity to teach for some incredible events such as...
Parliament Hill Yoga 2016-present
Lole White Tour Ottawa 2017
City Of Om Yoga Festival
I have also led classes for the Womens national hockey league, the OCSB, and the Ottawa Yogini yogathon for womens charities.
I am forever and always a student. The moment that I feel like i "know it all" is the moment I will be failing my students. My goal is to always be pursing the "why" and continue to ask as many questions as I can.
I want to be a teacher in its truest forms and lead by example so that i can help future teachers find their paths as well.
